What It's Actually Like
We start with a chat. Not a sales pitch — a proper conversation about your business, who your customers are, and what you need the website to do. I'll ask questions. You tell me what you know. I figure out the rest.
After that, I'll send you a short questionnaire. It covers the basics — your services, what makes you different, the kind of people you want to attract. If you don't know how to answer something, just say so. That's what I'm here for.
I'll come back with a design and draft copy. You'll see your business on screen and think “oh, that's actually what I wanted to say.” We'll go back and forth until you're happy. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Then we launch. I record a video showing you how to make simple updates. We jump on a call so I can walk you through everything. And for the next 90 days, if something breaks, looks wrong, or you just have a question — you message me and I sort it. That's it. No mystery. No jargon. No surprises.

After Your 90 Days
Once your 90-day support period ends, you can manage everything yourself (it's your site!) or choose one of these optional monthly plans. Most of my website clients go with Hosting + Support for the peace of mind — but neither plan is required.

Both plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Neither plan is required. You own your site and can host it yourself or go elsewhere whenever you like.
